Shipping
Order Processing
Orders are processed Monday–Friday, 9 AM–5 PM PST, excluding major U.S. holidays.
- Custom surfboards: production lead time is 7–21 business days from order confirmation, depending on model and finish. We'll notify you if production will take longer.
- Apparel and ready-made items: typically ship within 2–4 business days.
Rush production or expedited shipping may be available for an additional fee. Contact us to check availability.
Shipping Methods & Carriers
We offer standard and expedited shipping within the contiguous United States via trusted carriers. International shipping is available to select countries.
Shipping options and costs are calculated at checkout based on package weight, dimensions, destination, and selected service level.
Some large or oversized surfboards ship via freight carriers and may require curbside delivery. Freight delivery does not include inside placement unless arranged in advance for an additional fee.
Tracking & Delivery
Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with tracking information.
Delivery estimates are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. Transit times begin after the order leaves our facility.
If a delivery exception occurs (weather delay, carrier issue, etc.), we'll help coordinate with the carrier but cannot control carrier operations.
Shipping Restrictions & Customs
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, and fees levied by the destination country. These charges are the buyer's responsibility.
Some items and custom configurations may be restricted in certain destinations; we'll notify you if we cannot ship your order to the address provided.
We require a complete, accurate shipping address. We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by incorrect addresses provided at checkout.
Shipping Damage & Shortages
Inspect shipments immediately upon delivery. If the packaging is damaged, note it on the carrier's delivery receipt and photograph the damage.
Report damaged or missing items to us within 7 days of delivery so we can assist with claims and replacements.
Returns
Apparel & Ready-Made Items
Returns accepted within 30 days of delivery for unworn, unwashed items with original tags and packaging. Items must be in resalable condition.
Exchanges for size or color depend on current inventory. If an item is out of stock, a refund will be issued.
Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the return is due to our error (wrong item, defective, or damaged on arrival).
Custom Surfboards
Because our boards are made to order, custom surfboards are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless:
- The board arrives damaged beyond normal shipping wear, or
- There is a manufacturing defect confirmed by our team.
If a custom board arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and a description. We will inspect and arrange repair, replacement, or refund as appropriate.
Non-Custom Sale Boards
Stock or demo boards may be returned within 14 days of delivery in original condition. Returns outside that window or for boards with use/dings may not be accepted.
Defective Items
Items with manufacturer defects reported within 30 days of delivery will be evaluated. If a defect is confirmed, we will offer repair, replacement, or refund, depending on availability and the nature of the defect.
How to Start a Return
Contact our Customer Care team with your order number, item details, and reason for return. Include clear photos for damaged or defective items.
We'll provide return instructions and, if applicable, a return authorization number. Do not send returns without authorization.
Refunds
Refunds are issued to the original payment method after we receive and inspect the returned item, or after we confirm a valid claim for damage/defect.
Allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear on your account after we process it; timing depends on your bank or card issuer.
Shipping charges are non-refundable except when we shipped the wrong item or the item is defective.
Warranty
Custom craftsmanship warranty: We stand behind our workmanship. Structural defects in shaping or lamination that become apparent within 12 months may be covered. Normal wear and tear, damage from misuse, or cosmetic dings are not covered.
Warranty claims require proof of purchase and photos or a physical inspection. Contact Customer Care to start a warranty claim.
12 Month CoverageCancellations
Non-custom items can be canceled within 24 hours of placing the order if they haven't shipped.
Custom surfboards cannot be canceled once production has begun. Contact us immediately after placing your order if you need to make changes or cancel.
